That could kill someone!!! I remember years ago someone threw a rock through someone's windshield on Highland Rd and killed the driver---so sad! Stupidity!

I think when they're caught... They need to be strapped down immobilized in a seated position... and let a Jugs machine do what it is so obviously meant to do. A few gallons to the chest and face from whatever distance those jackasses determined was fair for unsuspecting motorists would be a valuable object lesson.
