Alright mr ignorance. The guy said you can kill me now im not opening that door. As a previous poster said, unless my child is behind the door im opening the door with a gun to my head. He did ask to be shot. Read my post again, i probably would have said the same thing if someone randomly ran up on me.

I misread your post. It first seemed like you were blaming Cork for what happened to him.

I would just like to clarify that there was no drug dealing going on at that house.

And to the poster who said he doesn't run in "those circles", this circle is a bunch of hard working fellas. Some now are raising families, they hold down steady jobs. Etc.. I am not sure what "circles" you are referring to, but I would be willing to bet that corky, Paul and chad are just like many "circles" you may know or be n.

I don't like what you are insinuating, but I can assure you, you are wrong in doing so

Same. Hope these dick bags go away for a long, long time.

They will probably be out before they turn 50.

This is why all murder and attempted murder should be punishable by death. Why should these wretches get a break because they can't aim or the gun jammed?

i have always been of the same opinion ...

Did the "..." imply he said "fricking" as in any door but THAT door? What was behind that door besides his friend? Was he protecting his friend under some loyalty code? Sorry guys but if a gun is to my head, I'm opening any door in a house unless my child is behind it. And even then I wouldn't say "I'm not opening that fricking door".

He didn't open the door because he knew/thought our friend was on the other side of the door and wasnt going to play a part in having them both exposed. NOT TO MENTION he knew paul had a glock and was possibly waiting for the door to open to unload

They are animals, the whole family. Do they even need a motive? I can't speculate as to why someone does what they do when they have no regard for human life, my mind can't think the same way theirs do

If he's convicted, there's no option. Mandatory life, no probation, no parole. Life means life.

Good to hear. Human nature is going to assume because well... Human nature. Hope everything is resolved. One last thing is that the most recent murder in metairie (father/son) also seemed to be random. Parents need to really step up.

The vast majority of the time, animals have a reason they attack a particular victim. In the Metairie murders, the perp saw the open kitchen door and went back and got his shotgun.

It's not completely out of the realm of possbilities that these six characters were driving (walking?) around the neighborhood and randomly decided, "Let's rob THAT house." But you've got to admit that the probability of that happening is pretty low. Maybe there were expensive cars out front, maybe one of them had cased the house before, but it's seems like SOMETHING beyond randomness motivated them to BREAK DOWN the front door and start shooting the place up.

i'm not saying they don't.

Obviously if there was a lot of weed in the house they had dealings with criminal elements unless they were growing their own.

Just saying 99.5% of the time a bunch of guys with guns don't just show up to a totally random house and start killing people. Maybe this was the 0.5%

The reason society always struggles to find a motive like you are now is that we simply do not want to accept the evil that exist and the thought that your life can be ended at any second with a fleeting thought from an individual

Except that there were six of them, they broke down the door, shot (or tried to shoot) everyone in the house and only stole a cell phone? Does that sound random to you?
