Beneath the lies and the malignant journalism there is an important story that's going to continue to be ignored. Its not easy to distinguish between a scared and emotionally shattered victim having trouble recounting her the details of her ordeal and an antisocial personality type making up stories with zero thought given to the consequences to herself or others. Radical feminists have sold our incompetent media on the idea that false rape accusations are so rare as to be dismissed out of hand and they even try to push the further absurdity that easily disproven details bolster a claim because they speak to the victim's trauma. Enforcrment of Title IX in 2015 disallows the flawed but functional assumption that no police report=no rape but just how should UVA have handled "Jackie"'s claim?
