I don't know. The guy starts the car and puts it into gear while the cop is trying to open the door.

That's why he drew his weapon. It also appears that the car move forward as the gun fires. The car moving forward may have and probably did cause the gun to discharge.

Why the dumbass cop felt the need to stick his gun into the car is crazy. He should have just stepped back and drawn his weapon. If the guy drives away, chase him.

I think involuntary manslaughter is a slam dunk.

Not so sure if murder or voluntary manslaughter can be proven at all.

yes,both videos actually.

Then you are really straining yourself to try and justify this. The cop was no more in danger than if this guy was flying a kite.

BTW,Are you going to answer my question? Why are all of these AA's in noncompliance with police officers?

I don't know? What is your brilliant solution, we start executing everyone who is stubborn about showing their license during a traffic stop? The guy fricked up and deserved to be ticketed or arrested, not shot.

Not sure why the firearm discharges but it shouldn't have been out and in the car in the first place.

Still say manslaughter is the best case for the DA

Oh, and I have a question for you big guy. If the officer was justified and reasonably threatened, why did he go back and blatantly lie on his report and say he was dragged by the car, when the video clearly contradicts that? Obviously the officer knew he fricked up.

Starting your car instead of taking off a seatbelt isn't complying. Did no one hear him start the car to drive away? Racist cop to pull him over BC of not having a front license... Unless that's necessary in Cinci. The cop was trying to avoid the question about why he pulled the guy over, meanwhile the pulled over man won't comply with the officer to give him a license or take off his seatbelt. In a way he resisted and attempted to run. Not sure if it's my ears but I heard an engine start. People need to stop running from the law and not complying BC this bullsh*t happens. Here come the riots. OBEY THE LAW FOLKS. AND COMPLY.

i saw no video that either clarified or proved that he was or wasn't dragged. You cannot tell that from those body cam videos.
What constitutes "dragging" in your opinion.
I probably need to stop conversing with you. You seem irate and very jumpy for some reason.

My God you people are fricking idiots.

about what i figured. You have no 100% proof of what you are saying. You're all about the court of public opinion because you have a hardon for the police.

I doubt it this time, and not just because of the current racial climate in the US. He should have let the guy drive off in that situation.

So in your opinion not complying with an order=death sentence. Cool.

It makes sense, right? No trial, no jail, no questions. Why do we even need courts?

As best I can tell, he generally--but not perfectly--complied with the officer's commands.

Regardless, perfect compliance should not be the baseline standard to avoid being killed by an officer, especially when it is anxiety inducing to be pulled over--even for a minor traffic violation.

stop putting words into my mouth. I never said such a thing. Now if something bad happens to one of these idiots in the commission of an unlawful act then i have no remorse for any of them.

correct. You don't reach for the key in the ignition and put the vehicle(a weapon) in gear and attempt to flee/run over a police officer. What is the fricking deal with AA's doing fricked up shite in the presence of the police and getting themselves killed? Needlessly?

If you're serious then frick you. We shouldn't live in a world where you can be shot for basically anything.
