My guess, they have pin pointed where a black hole merger occurred, it will be in one of the "voids" of the universe, thus giving support to the theory of primordial black holes.

Maybe but there was a rumor floating a month or two ago that LIGO and some euro gravitation wave detector picked up a neutron star merger.

Science today is insane if you think about it. It's too objective. LSU wins a Noble Prize for discovering something we knew existed for a century. Call me skeptical but these big science announcements Are getting out of hand. They always end with we have to do more research and have a long way to go. They get us all hyped for really nothing.
