University of Alabama student lied about weekend rape, now under arrest,

I'm disappointed this is only a misdemeanor, rather than a felony

The student, 18-year-old Emma Mannion, made up the incident and now is under arrest, said Tuscaloosa County Metro Homicide Capt. Gary Hood. Mannion is charged with filing a false report, a Class A misdemeanor.

Looking at her pic reminded me of a story... Guy I worked with was reported to HR for sexual harassment, he told the HR guy, "have you seen her, why in the hell would I sexually harass her... " HR guy told him to get out his office...
