FWIW, I hate My Favorite Murder and Last Podcast on the Left. A lot of people like those, but they just piss me off.

I used to like both of these, but they got annoying when they got more popular.

I'll still listen to MFM every once in a while if a subject interests me, but they waste so much time bullshitting about nonsense, I lose interest in the actual topic.

Thanks! Listening to the one about Nanette now.

I assume you know about the local podcast Real Life Real Crime? It’s the only one I look forward to weekly.

I don’t really think this one is too much of a mystery. Dude was high as giraffe pussy, hallucinating and scared. Ran out of gas and then broke out into the brush to get away from whatever he thought was chasing him. Got lost and died. He could’ve went miles from his vehicle in the state that he was in.

The only mystery is how exactly he died and where it happened at.

I don’t think there was any foul play involved.

Yeah, I tend to agree. The call he made was so confusing and it's probably because of how messed up he was. It still seems like they would have recovered a body. They had dogs out there right after he went missing and they didn't pick up on anything. If he was on meth though, he might have been walking on air and he might have been in another state before his body finally gave out on him.

Cold season 1 and Bear Brook are probably two of the best/ most interesting ones.
Cold season 2 was solid.

I don't! I've seen that one mentioned more than once ITT. Gonna have to put that on the list. I'm just getting into listening to these. Used to be nothing but sports talk radio for me but hardly any of that is worth a shite anymore.

Clown and The Candyman is the best one in years…. Brings to light some sad realities of the world - but is the best one I’ve heard in a long time

Morbid is pretty good. Basically goes over serial killers and really messed up crime scenes/kidnappings/etc.

"That Chapter" on YouTube is a channel about all that. Decent little documentaries, host is Irish and whatever but after a few episodes you get used to it.

upvote for That Chapte. Mr Ballen, and Lazy Masquerade are also good Youtube channels about creepy stuff and crime. I enjoy the Lights out, and already gone podcasts. I just finished the apology line podcast and enjoyed it as well.

Season 1 of To Live and Die in LA is the best true crime podcast I’ve listened to. It covers the disappearance of Adea Shabani, a young aspiring actress. What makes it so good is the podcast covers the case in real time, so throughout the twist and turns the listener finds out stuff with the people in the podcast.
