I know I won't get many serious answers on here but hopefully one or two will slip through

Been waking up a lot lately in the middle of the night drenched in sweat and heart racing 90 to nothing. It's like I'm having a panic attack. I calm down and take a piss and go back to bed and it's all good the next day.

It's happened three times this week

I'm 35, male, 5'10 150 lbs run every day

Anyone ever experience this?

Could be SARS or Listeria. Consult your physician

Yes that's me I eat a lot but I work out 7 days a week and run 6-8 miles a day

Also when I say "eat a lot" it's usually a lot of chicken and veggies. I only go out for my cheat on Saturday nights.

Take magnesium (it competes with calcium so you need to balance)

I used to get pretty shitty sleep too. Look into taking a magnesium supplement.

Restless leg syndrome. You're gonna wanna drink a lot of water for a couple weeks and then start sneaking up on homeless people while they sleep and finger banging the shite out of them.

If it didn't stop after six weeks then see a doctor.

Sounds like you're getting a work out without working out. Be appreciative of your new found loophole in the system.

Alka Seltzer cold (night) formula. Whatever is in that really works well.

Eta: effervescent tabs (lemon)
