The DOJ is accusing the airlines of secretly agreeing to control capacity and as a result keep prices up. While the same time DHS is continuing to raise fees and taxes, in some instances wanting to charge some travelers more while providing the exact same service.
It's just funny that the government says the airlines are being predatory, when they are the ones with predatory pricing.
Matching a competitors price isn't collusion.
