Trashier Habit: Gambling or Smoking?

Please help settle this debate.
For the record, the assumption is that each vice is being done to a severe degree. So this does not apply to someone who occasionally has fun at a casino or randomly smokes a cigarette when they are drinking.
Someone who smokes a pack a day vs. someone who has gambled themselves into more debt than they can escape.
Which wins the "Trashie"?(FWIW I think much like the Droppies, TD should have an award for what the OT deems the trashiest for each year)

I dont see gambling as trashy.
Plenty of non trashy people have lost everything gambling.

Smoking while gambling. But smoking can kill you and gambling can just make you start breaking the law by supporting your losses.

Never met a serious gambler who didn't also smoke. So gambling; and even if they don't smoke, they second hand smoke ipso facto.
