I do something similar
If a car rushes up on me in the left lane and a car is in front of me, I'll get in the right lane, get next to that car and go the same speed as it

Doesn't always work, sometimes thugs will cut around cars on the shoulder or on the center lane.

Honest question.... Why?
I'm more of a go with the flow of traffic type than trying to fight my way through it. But one thing I always prefer is to get away from other vehicles on the road. if someone wants to go, be my guest, go and get away from me. Why would you want to just hang around other cars so you have to worry about one of them doing something stupid?

I hate the trucks that throw rocks/debris out behind them too but that's one of the dumbest throngs you can do on the road. It's always good to break check a 70,000 pound truck with an unstable load of rocks. Aside from small scrapes on trailers and bumpers, almost all wrecks involving tractors are caused by other drivers doing shite like that.

I cut a lot of corners at work with HR and ethics.
I'm not very ethical when it comes down to it.
Burdens on them to prove it though. Haven't yet.
Though I was always said most likely to end up in the newspaper for fraud.

seriously though. I'm like too nice IRL.
Other than the occasional rage at an a-hole in the left lane, my only place to be angry is on here.
I'm never angry IRL, that's why I am such an a-hole on the internet.
That said, I do also try to help out a lot and do things good for people. Through this site I donated a few thousand worth of medical equipment to a needy charity last year. I had a thread trying to give away my brother's old wheelchair (specialized for his handicap) and a poster here put me in touch with an organization that helps handicapped kids with parents who can't afford the proper equipment.
So I donated two o2 machines, two wheelchairs, a standing device for someone who has no motor function and a ton of equipment we had held on to for years, not wanting to let go.
So for every brake check or calling someone out for pissing me off, there is a kid I've helped or someone whose appliance is now working because I walked them through it on here. So my karma is good. FWIW
