Sounds like Folliculitis, see Dermatologist and they will prescribe antibiotic, such as Bactroban and probably medicated body wash for you. Should clear up but make sure to use sunscreen when taking that stuff.

Kige has a video somewhere. I'd go with his advice.

I had it on my face, back and chest bad. Granted, it was while I was in High School 15 ago and tried everything they had back then and nothing worked. Went to a dermatologist and he put me on accutane. Everything cleared up in about a month and I don't think I've had a zit anywhere since.

Wash your sheets once per week. Get a body wash with salicylic acid in it. Neutrogena makes a good one, if you can find it.

Diet is a big part of acne. Do you eat a lot of processed foods?

Go to the dermatologist. Get some Minocyclene.

Go to the drug store and get some Hibiclens and use it as you would soap to bathe. It is the stuff Doctors use to scrub with before surgery. This will destroy any bacteria on your skin.

This. Also, use a gentle soap without exfoliants. These could aggravate skin and make it worse.

You frequently wash your sheets/bedspread?
People here wash their towels every time they use them but wash their sheets when the time changes.

Use soap when you shower
Soap does damn near absolutely nothing when it comes to acne.

Use the ole original green ivory soap. It'll dry your skin out like leather but you'll likely get rid of your issue. Oh, and smell like a champ.

accutane
This will work but be triple safe when it comes to the sex. The rate of deformities in newborns, is off the charts ( or so my Dr. told me).

I know thats true for women, not sure about men though. It's been a long time but I remember seeing warning labels showing deformed babies in the instructions and talking about you can't be pregnant or get pregnant while taking it.

Try Proactiv first. Benzoyl peroxide is the generic name. This is effective for many people provided that your condition isn't widespread.
If you're condition is extensive (sounds like yours is) you may need to see a dermatologist because more aggressive treatments involve prescription medications.
