Dangerous place to post, but I know I am not the only one.

It is killing me now. Particularly chest and shoulders. My entire face is clear. I work outdoors now and just sweat bad coaching for about three hours coaching. I wear loose clothes that wind out easily. I am chugging water all day, drastically reduced carbs, simples sugars and fried foods, increased fruits and veggies, shower right after, but it just has not been working. Any other tips?

Only time will cure it. Puberty will pass. Hang in there.

I am in the same boat. I break out a few times a year, often after September LSU games. It didnt start until I was around 24. After a few days it clears up....

That sounds more like heat rash.

After considering it, I think you are suffering from heat rash too.

I smoke all the time, drink regularly, and don't eat that well, don't drink near enough water, and I sweat ALOT .. yet I don't break out on my chest or back. Some things are just genetic. But if you notice this is happening more cause you are in situations when you in a hot humid situation... and doesn't happen when you remove yourself from those situations... well then you pretty much know the cause. You just have to decide what your solution is gonna be... deal with it or stop exposing yourself to the cause.

Grandpa's Pine Tar Soap. You'll smell like a house fire but it helps. Good luck.

Wash your sheets once per week. Get a body wash with salicylic acid in it. Neutrogena makes a good one, if you can find it.

It'll stick with you because of genetics. Use benzoyl peroxide soap in the shower first, salicylic acid afterward. Find that in a moisturizer/lotion form if you can. That's probably the most popular professional suggestion.
