Yep, I certainly noticed this at the French Quarter Fest, but not on people that you would consider fashion forward.
I saw this Black woman, probably 400lbs, that had a rather large hole in the front of her jeans on the left leg. A gentle breeze showed me more than I bargained for. Lucky for me, the FUP concealed it somewhat.
