Ace I support your message 100% and that is with a wife that wasted many years with addiction issues. Her issues have definitely hurt the entire family especially the kids.

I have been way to up close and personal with addiction and I advocate 100% for letting nature take its course

Oh you mean...living? Weed, I understand. Acid? OK. X? I understand. Coke? Been there, done that.

H? Nah. That's where you draw the line.

Given you done all that, I am going to assume you have taken a script pain killer. Maybe you had a few refills after surgery, enjoyed it and decided to buy some from your weed dealer after that. Well that stuff isn't that strong and now your tolerance went way up since opioid tolerance builds quickly. Your buddy suggest OxyContin. Holy shite, $80 a pill. Maybe just one night we will go half on it. frick that felt good. Again tomorrow? For sure. What do you mean he the Florida pill mill got shut down?!?!? No more OC? Dude I am not doing H. $10? And it feels the same, you promise? Ok just this once

And that's how you do H.

This is just a random thought as I've got the day off and just smoked a little, but what if this was the state adding something to this drug to eradicate its users? They clean up the streets while seemingly keeping their hands clean.

Eta: and now back to your regularly scheduled posting.

Why?

Am I wrong, and it's not an opiate but a barbituate? Or is it just the potency of the opiate used?

Not sure, but first responders say it's not working. Usually one dose reverses the affects of heroin.

It actually is reversed with Narcan but takes exceedingly high doses due to carfentanil's affinity for the opioid receptor. We're talking 10mg+ of Narcan to show an effect. Most EMS units will only carry a small amount of Narcan (say 3-4 doses at most) and restock after each call. Each prefilled dose syringe contains 2mg of Narcan so the units don't even carry enough to reverse it.
