Sorry you're poor and can't afford a laptop.

Dude, like $500 would easily solve your problem completely.

Does LSU have any parking lots you can pay for? My last university was similarly sized and had a couple lots that you could buy a spot in for around $100/semester (this was about 8 years ago). I'm hopefully going to be start part-time in Fall and will likely be commuting from NOLA for at least the first little while.

Those things didn't bother me. Baton Rouge traffic would have been my #1. Most of my classes had less than 30 people

yep. people who complain about what school they go/went to typically have a bad case of "the grass is always greener" imo.

You pay $100/year (as of 2012) for a commuter parking pass. There's no assigned spots.

If I drove I always just parked in a remote lot and walked further. Never had to fight for a parking spot or make 30 laps around the lot.

Classes on Southern's campus are more like church.

Parking isn't a problem on campus. Lazy fat asses who don't want to walk are the problem.

After my freshman year I rarely had classes over 20 people. Less than 15 was the norm, no chicks.

I thought LSU was great, REGGIE or whatever it was called back then sucked.

I went to LSU in the 80's. Crime was a serious problem on and off campus. The bar/restaurant scene could have been better. Quality housing both on and off campus was a real issue. Dorms sucked back then and the apartments close by were horrible. If you lived away, traffic was horrendous getting to campus.

Still, I loved every moment that I spent at LSU.

Okay you got me. But LSU is segregated, you barely see white girls and white dudes hanging out with anyone else. the blacks and Asians always hang out with themselves in the corner. But there are thins I do like about LSU: the colors, football, and amount of white women.

Parking, the stupid mass emails, some of the mouth breathers in these classes. Uhh what else, oh the snobby employers on interview day who say "if you don't have a 3.5 or better we can't talk to you" really now?

Well, that sounds like a personal problem. You can whine about it and look like a pussy and have to adapt anyway, or just stfu and adapt. That's how life works.

And unless they upgraded that computer lab after I graduated in 2012, those computers were slow a frick anyway.

No, i have seen the light. I shouldve gone to Rice, emory, hendirx, or even loyola. maybe tulane. Way more fun. Lets face it, a GDI in LSU wont have much fun. Go to tigerland every week, ill pass.
