I'll be in Dallas from the 21st to the 26th. Anything to see or do around this time of year?

TIA

Dallas is a big city. I'm sure they have a list of events on their website.

Reunion Tower is cool. Close to The 6th Floor museum (JFK).

Virtuvian Park in Addison has awesome Christmas lights that are worth checking out. Heart of Dallas Bowl is the 26th. Several good places to eat as well. Just you going?

I liked seeing the School book depository. I hear there are some good skrip clubs there but have never been. Christmas spirit.

I'm a student assistant with USM so I'll be there with the team. I have the freedom to go do my own thing unlike the team. Probably be me and a couple of buddies.

Grab a bite to eat at Bone Daddy's if you're a BBQ fan. Sports bar with awesome food, plenty of beer and waitresses in practically nothing

Plenty of better BBQ options in Dallas.
Pecan Lodge
Smoke
Hard Eight
Sammy's

I'd recommend a Stars or Mavs game bc tickets aren't too pricey.
The George W Bush library on SMU's campus is awesome
Vitruvius Park (Addison) and Highland Park (near SMU) have great Christmas lights and you can do a horse drawn carriage through Highland Park

Check out a Stars game if you can. Tickets still aren't that bad even though they have the best record in the league.

I always like going to the Perot museum or the Dallas Aquarium in downtown.

There's also a couple of Rick's in the area. Always a good choice.

Forgot about these two. Both are fun and a good way to kill some time

If you've got wife/family with you, the Dallas Arboretum is pretty solid.

This assumes you like grass and trees and shite

Go over to the stockyards in Ft Worth. It's touristy, but kind of cool. No open container law either, so you can walk around with your drinks
