1. You're an a-hole

2. Quit bitching and get on the state and national "do not call" lists.

3. To answer your question, anybody who works for the federal government (IRS, Social Security, TSA, Homeland Security, Postal Service, Customs, DEA, etc.) outside our military. However, some of the biggest shitbags I've ever met were in the military.

4. The people who work these places are kids trying to pay for college, people who can't do physical work because they're disabled but can't get disability due to our fricking government, people with poor education, people with no specialized skills or trades who can't afford to go to trade school or others due to them being poor, and yes, military veterans who couldn't find a decent job when they returned home.

Some of these places pay pretty decent given the circumstances, and as one stated, I have no disapproval for someone who works. I'd rather see someone have a job as a telemarketer than that same person be a welfare baby and mooch off Uncle Sam.

It obviously works since they're not going anywhere. The number of companies seems to be increasing. Get on a do not call list and stfu.

Rental car workers that think they have a great job?

Seriously though, I respect all people working hard to provide for themselves in a legal and ethical manner. Props to them.

Like three years ago I was getting four calls a day from these people. I would tell them "I don't have a car" and they would ridicule me for being broke and not having a car. Then I would tell them I'm a mechanic and they would tell me it's better to let someone else do the work. Then I would act like I didn't speak English and then they would put a Spanish person on.

Then I got to the point where I would talk about killing them and raping them and crazy shite and went psycho on them and they stopped calling finally.

I had already at this point found their call center in Missouri and was so close to going HAM.

Every politician who has ever fought against legalizing medical pot. pot should be legal for any adult, but the arguments against medicinal are especially vile. Those La legislators who shot it down last week are pure trash. Just big piles of garbage masquerading as human. If there were a god, those piles of rat shite would suffer uncontrollable seizures.

They took an oath to uphold the constitution of the country which places the laws of the federal government before the laws of the state. Your legislators were doing their civic duty to you. There are local efforts working on changing the federal law. Once that happens, most states will likely move to legalization pretty rapidly.

Thanks for the civic lesson. But I, nor those assholes, nor the 20 states that already approved medicinal, nor the two states that already approved recreational, care about the federal constitution in this issue. Its about greed, power, and sheer stupidity.

I didn't realize this. I didn't take the time to ask all of them.

ETA- LA actually approved medicinal use pending federal rescheduling, essentially.

Oh you didnt even ask them? Then your naive belief that a bunch of backwoods La lawmakers are suddenly deeply concerned about the US Constitution is even more absurd.

20 yrs ago it was approved in very limited circumstances, but no further regulations or mechanisms were ever implemented. Hiding behind federal law is just another desperate tactic for assholes with no logical leg to stand on.

I don't want to hijack this thread. frick them, I hope they die miserably and rot in hell, and good night.

No. I didn't ask each one individually. I spoke with a member of a particular lobby this morning on the subject though.

ETA: they're fighting for federal legislation first so that the state legislation will hold

Fair enough. Hope you find the answers for your daughter that you're looking for. Regardless of whether MJ is the answer.

Eat shite Arky dirtbag. I'm on every do not call list, I have registered with policing organization, these calls are illegal.. If the only thing you can do is annoy and endanger people just kill your worthless self, the sooner the better.

Since my phone is my business line I'm screwed by these complete assholes to the tune of over 60 calls today. I have a choice of changing the number and all my promotion material or hoping it stops.

Sine you know what it pays that means you likely have done this, have a carcinogen on me.
