This is from "energyfanatics" who deal with this kind of material all the time: HAARP is bad stuff.

quote:

The U.S. government has admitted that it has the technologies to manipulate the weather using very powerful and advanced energy beaming technologies. One of those technologies is known by the name of HAARP or High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. One of the most well-known HAARPs is located in Gakona, Alaska. The U.S. is not the only country that has advanced energy beaming technologies. Many of the industrialized countries have them too, including Great Britain, Russia and China.

The paragraph below is an excerpt from Haarp.net. According to the patents of HAARP, it can be used to manipulate the weather.

The patent said:

“… large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction.”

“Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device.”

And it also weakened very rapidly before it hit land. It went from a 5 to a 3. If this was really man made would it not have lost so much strength so rapidly?

Please put a trigger warning in your post. This is a sexist term. I prefer "gender-neutral constructed incident"

Did you remember how quickly Katrina strengthened - no way a normal hurricane would do that without some help from man.

Who knew it would strengthen the closer it got to shallower, warmer water?

You do realize you don't have to believe every blog and podcast out there even if they support your ideology? If you don't realize this, god help you.

I don't read every blog that is out there - I came across this by accident when trying to find something out about gulf coast erosion.

Read about HAARP and especially the patent and then see if you don't change your mind.

I've read about HAARP. Hell, I've seen HAARP. It's not what the loons think it is.

People do realize that Heather doesn't believe any of the stuff she posts about and is a troll, right?

She's really good at it too.

I realize that hurricanes strengthen as they go over warmer water - but not as fast as this one did. It could not do it without man's help. Again, google and read about HAARP and the patent - in the patent they say it can control weather.

From the HAARP patent:

quote:

“Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device.”

C'mon now. I mean everybody knows that governments are capable of horrendous false flag attacks on their own citizens, like when the USA pulled off 9/11. But controlling the weather? Let's be realistic, man.

I'm trying to determine hot Heather would have to be for me to date her. I don't think the crazy to hot scale goes this far.

I don't think haarp even operates anymore.

It's intention is to not manipulate weather. Which it can't.

And if it did, why New Orleans? Why not Kandahar? Pyongyang? Aleppo? Etc.

Why don't you tell us then? Remember, I have seen quotes from the patent, which should be solid authority.

From the Patent:

quote:

“… large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction.”

“Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device.”
