Got it. So they were like alien construction foremen, helping the egyptians build pyramids for some unknown reason. Its all starting to make sense.

You don't believe in charitable aliens with hubris?

I am now convinced.

You aren't understanding for some reason. There were people in Egypt - somewhat primitive but they had a lot of manpower.

Do you understand how fricking stupid this statement is? Egyptians weren't primitive and they sure as frick didn't need help from aliens to build fricking pyramids.

While there was slavery (and certainly some slave labor was used for some of the back breaking work) - scholarship has evolved on the issue of just how much slave labor was used to build the pyramids - although not unanimous, a majority opinion has formed with recent excavations of the Giza site - it was likely it was fairly well-paid artisans and professional craftsmen that did the majority of the work, particularly the finish, fitting and placement of the stones. They've found breweries, bakeries, barracks, and other facilities more fitting to free men, or if slaves, highly valued and pampered slaves - this has also come with a consequent drop in the estimated numbers required to complete the pyramid - even when I was a kid they talked about them working 200k plus slaves nearly to death - now they think the work was completed by maybe 10 to 20 percent of that number.

This is a bit older, when that theory was first gaining momentum - but it is Harvard Magazine, so maybe Heather will give it a little credence:

Harvard Magazine 2003 Article on Slaves not building the pyramids of Giza

If you have never climbed on the Great Pyramid of Egypt, you have no idea how unbelievable it is.

I personally think the blocks were cast in place in forms similar to concrete. The seams & precision are mind blowing, rising up about 450 feet. It is unreal.

But alien assistance works too.

I agree with u.....why I retracted my slavery statement. While it was definitely in play there were other motivators.

I don't think "Martians" did anything. I think some extraterrestials from outside our solar system did. They could not transport large equipment through space, so it is not unreasonable that they would use some of the tools that were available. We couldn't haul a bulldozer to another planet, so if we found one with life, we would have to use what they had, applying our techno know how.

I guarantee you (and most people don't dispute this) the Egyptians and Aztecs had help. No doubt.

I sometimes wonder if it gets tiresome for people to keep up troll jobs like this for so long. Then I remember GCS has done it for years at a time and thus answer my own interrogative monologue.

"She" does put forth a lot of effort. I thought the burn out would have come already, but it looks as if a groove has been established.

Hard to imagine the crab being some rock anomaly. That is the one that really interests me.

Yeah. Out of all the pictures I have seen on the NASA website, this one has interested me the most. The fact that crab like figure was found on Mars is just ridiculous, and I doubt there's any way that a rock can take up that specific shape with such precision.

the OP forgot the "weirdest" one IMO

5 pages of trolling/bashing and if she would have posted this one I might not have called her bluff on the pyramid thing which started the whole derailment.

that "crab" thing does NOT look like a rock IMO
