There are some seriously legitimate criticisms in the comments in the article, though.
1. Social acceptability bias (immediately jumped to my mind as well) - basically another way of saying that what people (men and women) say they want and what they actually want - maybe even subconsciously - are two very different things, even in a survey. This is difficult to measure without actually observing the sampled individual's behavior, but do people actually believe that the results would be similar in real, physical human interaction (like say, at a gym, coffee shop, bar, whatever) rather than in a sterile room staring at a computer?
2. The samples were almost entirely undergraduates - almost certainly relatively affluent, fairly well-educated individuals
3. They didn't measure hormone levels, brain activity, etc
