Ronald Reagan.
Bob Costas asked my family to join him for lunch at a little deli in Atlanta during the '96 Olympics. I'd probably decline the offer at this point in my life.

Russell Wilson, Guy Fieri, Woody Johnson, Shaq, and Charles Barkley.
Well, Guy Fieri was a fist bump... I think he's kind of a germaphobe.

Ric Flair - at Bonano's on Airline back in 1998.
He shook every hand, took photos and signed autographs all throughout his meal. He was also getting hammered.
He did the "Wooooo!".
It was a fun night to be in that restaurant.

Sat next to Anderson Cooper on a flight once after Katrina. I didn't shake his hand though, nor said anything to him besides "hi". Dude was on his laptop the entire time.
ETA
To be fair I was 17.

My parents were at MSY shortly after Katrina. My mom was doing a crossword puzzle while waiting for the plane, turned around and accidentally stabbed AC with her pencil. Freaked her out when she saw who it was.
She said he was really nice about it though.
