I am not in your area so I can't help you, but looking at what you need, it all seems in the ballpark. I would call around though. There are so many dirt companies out there that I promise you one of them will give a you a bit better deal to pay his dozer note this month.
Limestone won't get any cheaper than that probably. It's been high for a while now.
ETA: I would look at other options than Modad. I know the health dept here had so many issues with them that they quit allowing them and also will make you replace it sometimes if you want to sell your house before giving you the health cert.

What are other sewer options?

Hoot has always been up there but it will cost you a few hundred more probably. They will put in a concrete tank though.
Part of the problem with the Modads here is the guy installing them was putting in the old tar covered tanks instead of casting his own. Might not be that way over there but I have also heard of other issues with their mechanics internally.

I'm building a home right now. My dirt was $9 a yard. This is in the new roads area. $14 seems a little steep. But idk about that area.

I am wanting to say it's $11-$12 here.
It all depends.
They will sell you dirt cheaper but claim it took more than it really did. That's why it's best to get a few different bids and hold them to it.

To the OP. Hope you have all building permits to start with. I been fighting the Police Jury here in Pointe Coupee for 3+ months developing some land. I'm developing 10+ac. Had to even get a name thru 911 for the street. Got the road dirt work done that is 2800 ft, but I'm only going to complete a little over 1000ft at this time.
Dirt here is around 8-10 a yard. I don't have that problem. Digging a pond that is already in place.
Limestone, look for crushed concrete. Might be cheaper. Also before putting that down, put down a road mat. That will save you a ton of money in stone over the years.
Treatment plants. I have a modad on my house that is around 16 years in service. Never had a problem with it. It's a concrete system. Only the air pump went out on it once and I had to have it pumped out this summer for the first time. One thing is that you have to have a out flow. Were are you planning to dump that water?
Good luck on your project.

I have developed a few subdivisions so I was excited to read your thread when I saw the title because I have been through it all getting things off the ground.
