The Business Side of Being a Stripper

I doubt anyone on here knows for sure, but if the average stripper in New Orleans worked 5 nights a week, on average how much do you think she can make in a week? I am sure there is a lot more money to be made during football season through mardi gras than there is during the summer, but if the demand for male strippers were as high as it is for female strippers, would anyone consider doing it?

They probably make 300 a night but only clear 150 after supporting the Coke habit

not sure about NO, but in ATL, I knew a girl who worked 3 nights a week. She had a 500k house, 3 motorcycles and two cars(Tahoe and WRK). All paid for, except the mortgage on the house, which she handled quite well. She spent her free time spending money and had a retirement savings. Only disclaimer is she was pretty damn hot and was recruited by top clubs around the country

I always wonder what the high end ones pull that you see at the Vegas airport on Sunday flying back to Arizona and L.A.

Friend did it in Honolulu would average 800 or so on Friday and Saturday

$25k-$35k take home a year at an average place. There is a lot of tip out like DJ, bartender, waitresses, bouncers, etc. Depends on the place but the tip outs generally get paid before entertainers. That is generally why bartenders and hostesses make the real money... they get paid no matter how bad business is. They also get to facetime clients more than the stage performers. Also not to be forgotten with entertainer income is sugar daddy effect. They may not take home much but someone else may be paying the bills.
