It's public record. I thought I was reading the report of the shooting then I was told to look at the date. It was 2009 and it is identical to the shooting but Sterling did pull his gun. Why isn't the media reporting this?

only reason he didn't pull it is bc it fell out of his waistband while he was fighting

True.. Media needs to print the report. Or at least acknowledge that it exists. It will be the tool that leads to acquittal.

I thought it was in his pocket. Was it in his waistband?

WBRZ investigative reporters are a joke if they can't find this. It's common knowledge. There was a copy at work on Saturday.

They would be justified in shooting him in 2009. Not so clear in 2016.

It's one doodle that can't be undid though. Time to move forward.

If they had prior knowledge of this arrest it would explain their approach. You gotta see the report. And I hapear it was a black officer that Sterling almost killed.

What I saw was a 4 page police report on paper. I believe it was from May 2009 but I'm not positive.

I just reviewed the public records on Sterling.

That dude has some rap sheet. For fricks sake, he should've been in prison 10 times over again.

It happened on Rosenwald. I remember that and the officers last name started with a D.

My thought was that this couldn't be true. This guy did exactly what the police claimed he did a second time and got shot. If it's true it's epic. Someone needs to go pull the complete report. I don't think it can be done online. It was a retired policeman who had the copy I saw.
