Has anyone bit on the radio ads on 104.9?

Or if you have asked your doc, any positive results?

All depends on how willing you are to trade easy muscle growth, quick hard-ons and increased libido for almost certain increased cancer risk and other issues down the road.

Most physicians will run labs to determine if your levels are low first..if so then you get a script.

IF your levels are low, don't just immediately sign off on taking testosterone injections. Ask your doctor about Clomid. It's intended to help females with fertility, but off-label use it helps raise men's testosterone.

If your levels are low, try lifestyle changes first.

Once you start receiving testosterone, your body will soon down regulate production and you can become dependent for life.

If you are over the age of 35, there are good chances you can go to the doctor and get bloodwork done and they will give you a prescription for testosterone.

Why don't you make up some other ailments why you are at it?

I'm actually good friends with my doctor. He said he would write the script if I wanted it, but he would live to bury me in front of my kids.

I passed on his offer. FWIW

The risks outweigh the rewards.

My doc had blood work done on me last Sept. Test levels came back low and he suggested TRT testosterone replacement therapy with no hesitation. Caught me off guard cause at the time I really didn't have any noticeable symptoms of low test. I'm 35, work out 5 days/week, and above average physique. Can still get it up on que whenever my ol' lady throws it at me but do notice I don't wake up with morning wood quite as much. I'm always skeptical of new medications so I told my doc I need to think about it. Well he convinced me to just try one injection so I did. I'll tell you for the next two weeks I did feel a lot better as far as energy level, more morning wood, sex drive was up and just a better general overall feeling. But I did a lot of research and things that came up was heart problems related to TRT and sterility. I decided not to continue TRT for the main reason of I'm not willing to take the slightest chance of becoming sterile as I plan on having atleast one more
kid. Also the effects on the heart and the thought of getting shots every two weeks for the rest of your life cause once you start using TRT you're on it forever as you're tricking your body into thinking it's producing enough test. If you get off of TRT you body won't produce test anymore.

TL;DR do your research and ask your doc questions. Decide if it's best for you at this time in your life.
