Excited to see what the regular Model X will cost. I presume it will be similar to the Model S.
The Model 3 is starting to take pre-orders and will be delivered in 2 years ($35,000 version Tesla plans for mass market.)

The Model X Signature edition will come with a 90 kilowatt-hour battery, an EPA estimated range of 240 miles on one charge, get to 60 mph in 3.8 seconds, and boast a top speed of 155 mph. The news was first reported by Inside EVs and Bloomberg. The $132,000 price tag is before the federal tax credit or state or local incentives. A $10,000 Ludicrous Mode speed upgrade drops the 0-60 to 3.2 seconds.

The Signature series includes Autopilot features (such as self parking and automatic lane changing), three second-row seats, and a flat-folding, third-row seat, according to Bloomberg. Standard equipment on the all-wheel-drive Model X includes sensor-equipped falcon wing rear doors that allow for opening in garages of any height, free access to Tesla’s Supercharger network, and automatic emergency braking.
The Model X pricing information is not available publicly on Tesla’s Model X page. But those with a reservation for the Signature Series are getting invitations from Tesla to spec them out. A Signature Model X requires a $40,000 deposit. That compares to a $5,000 security for a standard X, as pointed out by Inside EVs.
Tesla has said that deliveries of the X will begin by the end of September.

How long is gonna take some of you to figure out that starting a thread about girls or cars without pics is a bad idea?

How much of my tax dollars went to developing a car for rich people?

Ludicrous Mode made me chuckle. 0-60 in 3.2 seconds in a SUV is absurd

Your tax dollars will go into the tax credits people get for buying the car.
You get to benefit by Tesla forcing other car OEMs to continue to ramp the quality of their vehicles, electric or not.
The Model 3, if done correctly, is a game changer.

No. $50k is not mass market. Elon is not going to slightly undercut his Model S. The Model 3 will be at a significant price difference to target a completely new set of consumers.
