I can't blame them too much. Our education system is predicated on pushing out effiminate, useless, pussified men. The younger a man is, the more likely his to be fricked up from the system unless he has a strong family influence.

I've seen first hand a staunch conservative enter a university and leave it a liberal.

I went to an EXTREMELY liberal college to finish up my degree...I had several major related classes talking about how the fricking UN could be used to solve world problems. I wrote papers to please my instructors, but on the inside I seethed with anger. I loved Boone, but it made me a radical libertarian much to the chagrin of my (mostly) beloved faculty.

Therein lies the problem, students in many cases have to conform in order to pass a class, I myself have. I'm going out on a limb here, but I think that some students start believing the subject matter they are writing about after having to do it so long. I unfortunately chose to major in polysci my first semester in college, it took me all of a week to realise that the professors were preaching socialism/egalitarianism rather than teaching.

This.

Both sides come off as petty and misinformed, and that FOX interview is just plain silly.

Same here. My idiot professor for graduate level poli sci courses believed in a one world government. Said it's the only way to solve our problems. He frequently discussed the illuminati and hated the treaty of Westphalia.

Well as far as I am concerned then, App. St. did a good job.

Anyone that graduated with a high GPA kissed their prof's arse and gave them what they wanted (me included) but 99.999999998% of teachers/profs/administrators are liberal leaning asshats.

Unless he violated a direct code of conduct rule for students that supersedes his First Amendment rights, then he should fight it. Then sue the school.

Where does this all end? What if he had criticized strawberry ice cream and the admins were fans of it?

What happened to our ability to not read authors we did not like, change the channel, etc?

This is a small victory for those on a constant quest, in search of the butthurt.

I wouldn't pay that kind of tuition to a place that is hostile to diversity of opinion.

He should AMF.

Well that seems like a silly reason to suspend someone.

I'm sure they would be forced to suspend half the football team if it were possible to translate what the hell they were saying on twitter.
