Pretty disgusting...
the part of the title about criticizing ISIS is misleading though, his tweets were critical about Islam period. Still no excuse for that sort of censorship on a college campus

"Insulted the Islamic State, the Baltimore rioters and Mexicans." Islamic State is essentially ISIS.

The kid sounds like a loudmouth. But what's so appaling here is a Facebook friend of his that he went to middle school with got upset with something he said and created a "campaign" to have him punished by TCU.
So this wasn't started by some peers or something he said in a classroom to another student. But something that got under the skin of a person he hasn't even had class with in at least 6 years...

reading the article (that is clearly slanted to support him) it sounds like he got suspended for being a smug self righteous a-hole when the school told him to tone it down more than the actual content of his tweets.

just saying that if he comes off like a prick in an article that is defending him its very possible that he is an incredibly overbearing shithead that talked his way into a suspension that could have easily been avoided.

I have a friend who post conservative propaganda daily by Denish, Thomas Sowell, Larry Elder, Herman Cain and all these other uncle toms. I really wish his job would fire him or block FB from his company computer.

EXACTLY. if the kid was on FB bashing christians and calling people bigots for not watching gay porn because they're " homophobes" they would probably give him free tuition for a year. So disgusted with this place.
