Haley Nobles told News 2 Brown cut her off in traffic, then stopped when she honked at him and got out of his vehicle, flashing a state-issued badge at her. Nobles said he also threatened to have her arrested, which Brown denied, claiming he stopped because Nobles had been driving erratically.
Today, Brown said he "overreacted" in the Jan. 3 incident, and should never have gotten out of his vehicle.

The TPOS senator hit a woman that is his 'side piece' for 10 years and has been married for 11 years. SMH. What an upstanding and a fine example he's setting for his community.
