The weapon was not even a knife. he actually used a screwdriver to stab people. He was not very smart, because he somehow stabbed himself in the hand.

From what I have heard, he was trying to attack an ex-girlfriend that he believed cheated on him. She was supposedly in the Lambright building. The women who were stabbed intervened and got between him and the ex-gf.

A lot of info is still not clear. However, The reports I have heard says incident occurred at 9:08 and police had him at 9:12. Incredible job by local law enforcement responding to this so rapidly.
