So you are really wrong here.
If they started today, it’s a 18-24 month build so 2026 completion at the earliest.
The first two phases will both be opened soon, that’ll dump what little traffic there is onto Hwy 36.

That ship has long sailed. The Northshore of our youth is a distant memory, now it is nothing but yats, traffic, and shite neighborhoods.
