Those bottom pics are from April when she was preggo. She's always had a battle with her weight. Hell, even on American Idol they said stuff about her weight which is probably what led to her being more fit right after the show. Once she made some money she said 'frick it'

She shouldn't be worried about other people. She should be worried about being there for her kids. She is going to die a premature death from heart disease or diabetes. At least they will be left with some money to play with.
