Yes, it's a respect thing.

Of course.
It only takes a minute or two to show you have class.

I don't pull over, but wouldn't cut one off or get in the way either.

I'm with you on that. But I also am not going to yield to one that is driving up behind me either.
.... how slow are you driving to have a funeral procession catch up to you?

Always. I guess if there was a median, no, but I've only passed them on roads where there is none so I've always pulled over. I also turn off the radio. Weird because I'm not religious and I'm not praying. But I don't know.. respect thing, I guess.

Yes I do.
I pull over. Turn my car off. Then get out and stand beside my car

Nope. I get annoyed and honk though.

Do you pull over when a funeral procession is passing by?
Yes. Always yes.
It's called being a respectable and decent human being and acknowledging that there's a family and friends that's going through one of the worst times in their lives and accommodating that sad reality.
People who don't do it when the logistics are possible are shitty people and should ticketed to hell by a joe blow cop.

Pull over, get out my car and remove my cap...
It's the right thing to do...

Yes because I'm a southern gentleman

what's the etiquette on passing up a funeral procession? not cutting off or cutting into one, just passing it up. came across a funeral procession that was in the middle lane of I-10 east just outside of Lake Charles a couple of weeks ago, passed them up in the left lane.

Somebody's taking his last ride. Yes, I do.
But damn, motherfrickers will scramble to be the first one back on the road as soon as the departed passes by them.

I always have. Now if I was in a huge rush then maybe I wouldn't, but I've never been in that situation.
I'm also from Texas and have never seen someone myself just blow by while it's going on.
