I'm tired of seeing people starting over under threads about everything. The phrase is overused and with the exception of vegas and gambling websites, the phrase needs to go away

FCC can't regulate cable channels. The cable networks self censor due to advertiser pressure and all the negative attention it would bring otherwise. It's why Comedy Central will show unedited R movies at 1 am on a Saturday, nobody's going to really protest that. But they won't show that same movie on a Tuesday at 3 pm when the kids are home. If MTV wanted to show porn they could, provided they are prepared for any backlash that would occur.

And I'm tired of seeing people who go into threads with no interest in the subject, but rather just to bitch about someone starting the thread. Here's an idea, if you see a thread that you don't like, move on to the next thread.

You know what's really bad? People who make nonsensical over/unders. You can't make an over/under with a number that it can actually equal because then it becomes an over/under/equal.
