There has been cases where straight men who had some kind of brain trauma turned gay, adding to the theory that homosexuality is a mutation of brain function. Hence, it is not chosen.

That's all fine and well, and one of my best friends came out to me 3-4 months back and I fully support him. Nothing has changed between he and I and I don't think it ever will. Point is that in specific cases like your best friend, yes you can most likely disprove the option of him choosing his ways.
However to lay a general blanket over the entire homosexual community and say they all were born that way or chose to be is false.
I just dislike when people say one way or the other, because we don't know.

People say gay sex is wrong because it isn't for procreation, only pleasure. fricking with a condom or with BC pills is the same thing, thus hypocrisy

No...the premise is incorrect.
Gay sex is wrong because its described as improper, impure, perverted and like in scripture.
Sex in marriage as defined in scripture is God's plan...therefore not sinful.

That's mostly Catholicism. Which what are the 3 things Catholics preach against more than anything? Gays, contraceptive and abortion.
Put those together. You can't be gay, so when you get a girlfriend you can't use contraceptive, so when you knock her up you can't abort the pregnancy.
All resulting in.....more Catholics.

To think of sexuality as a choice really defies logic. It's instinctual.
Like when your girlfriend is in the kitchen and you walk up and grind on that arse.

Not saying you do, but people picking and choosing out of the bible is bs. People run around on their spouses, lie all the time, covet, but condemn gays. I'm a Christian myself, but my faith is between me and God and I could care less what others believe or how they live their life, unless they come to me for advice. If one or both of my 2 boys ends up gay and they tell me the only thing I would fuss about is why they had to make a big deal about telling me. I mean, I didn't have a meeting with my dad saying I'm straight. I would rather them not be, but for my own selfish reasons,(grand kids, them being judged and picked on,etc).

It can be a choice or not a choice and is accepted as being both. It's just hard for our culture to accept that it can be this way. Ancient Romans and Greeks had no problem with it being both.
You can't define every gay person as being gay for a specific reason, it's a wide range.

Arousal is a physiological stimulus that occurs in the Id. There's not a choice involved in this; it's like feeling hungry or feeling sleepy.

Are there any other animals that are purely homosexual? I know there are animals that take part in gay sex, but are there any that strictly take part in gay sex and not attempt to procreate? This is an honest question, I have no idea of the answer.
