Wished i had drove 80 miles north too get the 100%.
At 97% i got a 2 min. let down... my wife looked at me and said now you know how i feel after sex.

I just saw that. I thought it would be bad getting there,but it never looked this bad.
At least the folks got to see it, and will get to see it get dark again before they get back home.

Stupid cloud parked under it RIGHT when it went full. Got to see about a minute of the fiery prism which was cool as hell.

This doesn't do it justice, but



Long/short, I got stung by a bee, learned nothing about astronomy, and my Crystal Gale shirt is ruined.

It was so awesome I wanted to cry. Pictures can't do anything like that just to see you have to actually see it in person to understand how bad as it is. It look like it was painted on the sky in the most awesome part was a diamond ring effect at the end
