So the valedictorian calls out the sorry guidance counselor at Calvary Baptist

Calvary's administration apparently almost cost their valedictorian an $80k scholarship to Baylor because they didn't send documentation in time. She and her family have been bitter about it and she calls them out in her valedictory speech.
The administration cuts her off and the ceremony continues, but she brings up a good point. I'm not one for disrupting a graduation of your peers to make a personal statement - but high school guidance counselors are pretty much worthless. If you get a good one, that's a rarity.

Just trying to save her from being raped.

Everyone who applies to Baylor gets some kind of scholarship. A 60k scholarship to Baylor is nothing.

I understand that.
But the school still has to send the documentation, Calvary is notorious for this and someone finally called them out.

Why does she need the school to send the ACT scores? Is that new(ish)?

Same crap happened to my son. Counselor was worthless. If we hadn't stayed on top of it he would have got fricked.

In the video, you can hear Vaske's family members yell 'Let her talk!' 'Let her talk. You're messing with her first amendment rights!'
Safe to say none of her family members were valedictorians.

I don't really see what gives her the right to frick up everyone else's graduation for something that "almost" happened.
sounds to me like the school wasn't doing things the way her family wanted and they tried to get pissy with the administration.
I have no issue with expressing dissatisfaction directly to the school admin, but this kind of bullshite just screams SJW to me.

So she ALMOST lost her scholarship? But didn't?
I got no problem with them escorting her off the stage. The graduation ceremony isn't just about you, dumbass. It's for everyone.
There is a place and time to deal with this kind of stuff, and it isn't in a public ceremony.
Typical entitled snowflake.

I have no problem with it either. This was not the place.

Colleges usually will not accept ACT scores sent directly from the high school records dept--it's the responsibility of the student, through use of their ACT account, to request that ACT send their scores directly to the college. It's like a chain-of-evidence/test record security type thing.
ACT makes money off the extra request ($13-$16) and the college prevents any high school records-altering shenanigans.

She feels she is so important, that she will make the administration feel her pain.

That was the point of my comment. This happens everywhere and there are never any consequences. She shouldn't have done what she did at graduation, but its a widespread problem that needs to be talked about.
I volunteer with a ministry that serves underprivileged children in the Jackson, MS area. Since I work in higher ed, I am usually asked to help any kids that want to go to college navigate the process. Usually, its how to fill out the FAFSA properly or get a community college scholarship, but every once in a while there is a 22-23 ACT that can get a decent scholarship.
A couple years ago, there was a girl that made a 28 on her ACT. Now a 28 is pretty good, but not eye popping. But if you are a black girl from the poorest area of Mississippi, its a full ride to an Ivy League school. School wouldn't deal with it and even went as far to call the ministry and tell them they weren't doing what was being asked of them.
We did the best we could, she got acceptance to Duke, but took a full scholarship to Ole Miss instead.

Those two schools are both worthless. Unless you can play sports, that is.
