What a lazy arse kitchen manager, Boneless wings are just chunks of breastmeat cut up. I know they had chicken breast, just cube some, bread and fry like normal.
Hell go to the store and get breast meat, but not frozen wings. I hope you got a refund.

Ordering BWW for lunch is actually pretty genius

I had the exact same thing happen to me at an Applebee's one time and called corporate and complained. The manager of the restaurant stalked me for two months trying to get me go talk to her about it, I eventually just said,"I don't want to talk you... if ever", she was fired a few months later for being a shitty manager.

The fact that he approves of the idea to use frozen nuggets as a fill in for the boneless wings alone is ridiculous to me. That they didn't notify you is one thing, and I can't understand how they could forget to notify you of something that important in the first place, but how he thinks offering frozen nuggets is a reasonable solution at all is stunning to me. Just acknowledge that you are out and apologize for the inconvenience.

The one on Bluebonnet is a sorry excuse for a restaurant. A couple of buddies and I went a few months ago. It took them 45 minutes to bring an appetizer. We ordered a couple of bud lights and after 30 minutes, they never came. We got up and left and went to Pluckers where the service was 100x better.
