Exactly, which is why I said this in my post "I'm guessing those smuggling shampoo bottles and sunscreen would work great."
Also, cruisecritic.com is a great resource to get reviews on ships, find other people who will be on your cruise, get a read on certain staterooms, and get feedback on shore excursions.
What ports does your cruise hit?

Oh and dont know if its been mentioned but you can buy bottles for cheap @ each port and pour them in a big water bottle on the excursions. You just walk back on the ship w/ it in your hand and no one asks any questions! They scan your ship card when you buy it but it doesnt link to your card.

When I went on one two years ago a guy from work told me that he wraps the cap of the bottle with electrical tape and just puts it in his luggage and it works every time. Me and my wife both got bottles on doing this might just be luck but it worked for us.
When we would get on ship we would just not stop at the desk where they were taking the alcohol and go straight to our room with it.

No I haven't. I really like Disney as well, but I have only ever cruised out of New Orleans, and I really like Cozumel and Roatan so that works out great for me.
I love cruising, fiance gets very seasick. She was on the patch the whole time and the cruise before on Dramamine she was sick the whole time. She is making us wait at least two years before a cruise can be planned.
I'm doing NYC as our summer vacation this year and Gatlinburg as our fall vacation, and I have to go to a Convention in Miami during Mardi Gras week, so none of our off times would work anyway.
I really really want to sail Disney. I'm more into Disney than she is. She likes to relax on vacation, and I do sometimes, but generally I like non stop activity.
