Crawfish
I know you're trolling but I'll answer as if you're serious. Boiled crawfish, at least in my experience, is bigger with younger people. Older folks, at least the ones that I know, prefer crawfish more in etoufee or other cooked dishes.

My stepfather used to eat banana & mayonnaise sandwiches.
My mom still eats Banana Mayonnaise sandwiches. Cucumber & Mayo sanwiches, and Tomato & Mayo sandwiches.
I'll add Vidalia Onion in buttermilk.

Buttermilk with cornbread in it.
My Grandmother used to to that but with saltines instead of cornbread. She'd dip the crackers in like with cookies and milk. Blech.
And I love Pear Salad (pears, mayo, cheese) - y'all crazy.

Chitterlings. Also, my high school metal fab teacher used to let buttermilk sit out until it solidified, added pepper, then ate it with a fork.
