I know you're trolling but I'll answer as if you're serious. Boiled crawfish, at least in my experience, is bigger with younger people. Older folks, at least the ones that I know, prefer crawfish more in etoufee or other cooked dishes.

the day after a boil, i always make a jambalaya with the leftovers.

and who the frick thinks hogshead cheese is disgusting?
that stuff disappears quick as shite no matter what group of people i'm with.
too bad the store i always got it from burned down and ain't reopening.

Chitterlings. Also, my high school metal fab teacher used to let buttermilk sit out until it solidified, added pepper, then ate it with a fork.
