Benadryl is out. The sleep hangover from Benadryl kicks my butt. I currently use ambien. Probably take it 2-3 times a week.

Looking to try melatonin. One less sketchy scrip to ask for.

Any success with melatonin? Any difficulty waking up? Just 6-8 hours.

I take melatonin from time to time because I have a hard time sleeping.

I go through phases. The gummy version never gives me any issues.

You realize the active ingredient in that is diphenhydramine?

Aka Benadryl?

Ambien double dose and a few shots of whiskey will hit you like Thor's dick.

Of course I do not recommend this. You might sleep like forever times longer than you intend to.

Yes, make sure to get enough exercise and go low/no carb at night as well. You'll sleep like the dead.

Sticking your finger in your arse while you rub one out always puts me to sleep. You'll cry from guilt the first couple times but then you get used to it.

I take 2 of these every night. Will do in about 30 minutes and sleep well at 10pm. Benadryl doesn't bother me though.

Melatonin doesn't do shite compared to ambien. I wouldn't say not to try it...but I wouldn't pitch my ambien script just yet.
