Will they be paying reparations or receiving them based on your blanket statement and the blanket demands in the OP for "Black Lives."

Because they weren't a united country the separate groups that defended their territories. The did not have the means nor the power to fight countries of that power. Don't sit here and call Africa a shite hole and say it their fault then turn around and say Europeanswas just doing what everyone else did even though they are responsible for the state that continent is in now.
