Even if you work in a office, your body is still coming in contact with no so desirable pollutants and air particles.
You might as well start wearing a surgical mask everywhere if you are that freaked out by air particles.

Did the OT discover personal hygiene today?

Morning and after working out most days of the week.

No we all agree that everyone is a nasty fricker unless you live in a hermetically sealed bubble and even then you're a nasty fricker because you're coming into contact with yourself.
We established Im the only one with a maid and some of us workout at lunch. That about sums it up.

Doesn't matter as long as it's done on the first of every month.

Those with allergies should definitely shower before bed...apparently all the dust and other crap in the air gets in your hair and accumulates pretty rapidly by the end of the day whether you detect it or not.

I think you missed his point. Someone was claiming that by not showering in the morning you were going to work while being 'filthy'.
You apparently agree with him.
I shower at night. I would feel gross otherwise.

Morning, unless I know I'm going to get some (then I do both).

People that go to work in the morning without bathing are nasty.

Damn right, son. My office has a really, really nice gym. I take advantage of every fringe benefit available to me.

Well now that you say that I'd probably do the same thing. I think I remember you mentioning the gym at your office in the past.

Did both when younger and sexually active, dating and while married.
Much older now, no spouse (RIP sweetheart), so only at night.

Anyone try just consolidating the morning and evening shower into one lunch shower?
Posted on 7/3/17 at 7:38 pm to juice4lsu
I'm pretty active. I take 3 or 4 showers a day. One before bed and one when I wake up (usually a cold shower). I usually come home and work around the house or the yard and then I may have to go somewhere so another quick shower. Pretty much any time I need one. And I use a clean towel and rag every Fricking time.

I shower at night because I refuse to get into my bed with the germs accumulated during the day. Think about the public restrooms you visit, light switches you touch, shared pens, etc. Every time you go out to eat, you wash your hands, but then you touch a plastic menu, salt shakers, and ketchup bottles touched by people who don't wash their hands after going to the bathroom. If you wear shorts, you sit in chairs where someone may have sat who has staph infections or fungal infections. Do you really want that on your body and in your bed?????
