if you're going to bed without showering every night then you're getting in a dirty bed every night
Even if you work in a office, your body is still coming in contact with no so desirable pollutants and air particles.
If you dont shower before bed you're taking all that crap into your bed with you.
People that dont shower before bed are just nasty nasty people.

I can't get going without a morning shower and don't want to smell bad around people all day.
If I don't sweat that day I won't take one. If I feel sticky or dirty I'll take one in the evening as well
