sad, but darwinism. People too stupid to live. It was a pushing/shoving altercation wherein someone felt it necessary to pull a gun.

Would have turned out the same way. The customer would have asked the shop owner "What's your problem, dog?" The cops hear the word dog and...

I know the family of the guy who killed the store owner and son. As you can see from the article, no charges have been filed against the people or person most people are considering the "perpetrator."

It was self-defense, that's pretty much all I've got to say on the matter.

My wife knows the father and son as well. She ran into them at the gas station hours before all this mess. Crazy situation for sure

According to one side of the story..

Not saying I disagree, but you are hearing their side. The Audy guy does seem shaken up by it.. I just don't see why he was so upset over a fee, even if it was BS.

"It's still under investigation. There will be lots of work to sift through the evidence collected and statements and see where that steers the investigation," Tucker said. "That will be done in the following weeks and months."

Reading over several reports, it seems like it was a hostile situation.. One reports says the owner put his hand around his gun side and the others reacted. He may very well have been going to pull a gun on them for fear of his own safety and then the shooting parties claim self defense. There are reports one of the customers was hit, perhaps the owner was upset and physical violent.. who truly knows. I just hate situations like this, especially when one side isn't even around to tell their story. The wife had to take cover.. Makes me wonder how other wives would react to their husband and son being killed.. Just horrible all around.

Another report says "Pearl River County Sheriff David Allison has said that 29-year-old Michael McCool shot both the McLemore men using a .40 caliber pistol."

and just today that dude post a picture on facebook of the woods? what does it mean..

Like I said, that's all I've got to say on the matter.

I'm sure the police will do their jobs and everything will all come out in the wash.

Someone said in the other thread that the store owners son pulled a weapon first. Don't know how true it is but I'm sure it's all on security video

I'll say this...

Of the two customers, one was shot 2-3 times and the other was stabbed 3 times and shot.

I understood it was more machete hacks than stab wounds, but my wife wasn't in her right mind when reading the text from his mom. fricking sad is what it is.

rom what I hear (Family Friends of the customer) is that the Customers went in to pick up a firearm that was to be worked on. The job was not done but the owner wanted to charge 25 bucks. The customers was disputing the fee for no work done.

The store owner wife called in her husband and son
The husband and son showed up and right off the bat put the older customer in a chock hold, shooting him in the back. The younger customer took some machette wounds and then shot the two male store owners.

The wife is not willing to help with the videos

Now this is all hear say from the customers very close friends. BUT no charges have been filed against the young customer.

Just a different story than two customers shoot up place over 25 dollar fee

Well that's a fricking crazy story. Holy shite.

Reading the various reports, it seemed obvious to me they were trying to charge $25 for not doing anything. Probably wouldn't give Audy the gun back.

But how does that devolve into the situation you posted if owner really just walked in, choke holder and shot him in the back? Wow.
