Shenandoah Elementary School says principal is 'absent' - No interim named as of now

Seems odd, anyone know the scoop? I used to date a girl who went there just curios.
BATON ROUGE - Principal Susan Stevens of Shenandoah Elementary School is reportedly absent, and another staff member has taken over her day-to-day operations.
The East Baton Rouge Parish School System said another staff member, Angela Jones, would take over Stevens' responsibilities during Stevens' "absence" and that an interim principal has not been named. It was not immediately clear whether Stevens had stepped down or if the vacancy was temporary.

She and her husband, Jeff, are very nice and genuine people. I highly doubt there's any mischief going on.

Just to clarify, she was very mature for her age and her dad gave me full permission as he was done with her. You all are clowns, I did not date her when she was there, I waited for middle school! jeest

Well the only thing I know of where you can be "absent" from work and not be fired is going to rehab. So that's my guess, and if I'm right good luck to her.

I'm not saying this is what is happening, but they've been auditing schools in NW Louisiana lately and have made a few arrest for misappropriating funds (stealing).
