I once got a deep tissue massage in Vegas by this gnarly Swedish woman. She had really strong hands. I felt nauseous after and the manager said that is the toxins built up in the muscle releasing into my bloodstream. I almost barfed and I could barely walk the next day. I went swimming, stretched in the pool and felt great after.
Drink lots and lots of water before and after

Had been drinking the night before. Muscle tissue builds up toxins and the deep tissue massage works it out and it goes straight to blood stream. A good sweat after and lots of stretching with water and alleve will make you feel awesome.
