I'd be extremely pissed off and probably dead within a month.
Not going to be an E-Badass. Yep, I'd be gone.

None of us here would have a clue how to invent anything.
Yeah...I don't know how to create toothpaste, antibiotics, AC, or frickin anything. Other than boil, I don't know how to clean water. I'd sit there thinking of all the modern stuff I miss but have no way to make.

Is there much difference between Botswana 2013 and Botswana 1400?

You also have to remember that the bacteria out there and the strains of various viruses out there are would be the sort that your body has NEVER seen.
You would be sick from the very air that ypu breathe and even if you cook your food well done, you would injest something that is totally unfamiliar to your body.
frick going back in time.

Botswana has an 83% literacy rate, a stable, democratic government, and lower taxes and lower unemployment than the US.

My motorcycle. I just don't think going around on a horse would be the same.

Just think of the smell.
Your nose would explode.
Even the cleanest woman would smell like a pile of rotten eggs buried in a steaming midden heap.

And despite all that, it's still a third world country where a sizable portion of that literate population exist pretty much as a primitive hunter/gatherer society that has probably changed little if any since 1400 BC, much less AD 1400...

I've read that during the time we're discussing it was common for people to literally have one bath their whole life and that was to get married.

This brings up an interesting point. Would you be able to use your futuristic knowledge to become wealthy? Or would it be hard to "re-invent" anything since most of what we know is so far advanced?
How many here even have that?
Seriously, without looking it up, how many here knows the ingredients, ratios, and how to mix traditional gunpowder for instance.
