I worked in the residential electrical field in the summers, including attics. 110+ degree heat. Heat is no big deal to me.
But did you sleep in the attic or somewhere with no AC?
When I went to Haiti, our rooms we slept at night were nearly at 90 degrees at all moment. And they were solid concrete structures. Those people have it so bad it's just sad.

This brings up an interesting point. Would you be able to use your futuristic knowledge to become wealthy? Or would it be hard to "re-invent" anything since most of what we know is so far advanced?
Also, monarchs ruled the day after the Roman collapse. Would you be able to become wealthy with your inventions despite all the kings ruling the world? I guess it would depend on where you were.

pretty much this.
and that far back you'd have to be careful about what you do or say about future stuff or you'd be burned at the stake as a witch or something.
i would imagine that just basic medical knowledge of today would make you the best doctor in the world circa 1400 though.

Waste management/indoor plumbing. Heat/cold not a big deal. I've spent weeks without either in shitty conditions.

Probably indistinguishable from Botswana 2014.

Can't decide between either heating/AC or current waste/sanitation "luxuries"
You wouldn't have to go back to 1400 AD to not have those things.
Can you imagine living on a southern plantation in 1800 during the Summer?

Clean/groomed snatch
Skinny girls, being fat was considered ideal back then.
Everything else I could invent.

Well that depends on who you are on said plantation

The skinny girl phenomenon is more recent than you realize. Marilyn Monroe was idolized, and she was a size 14 or something.
